AFL Cape York Pathways Program

AFL Cape York is proud to acknowledge the support of our sponsors and supporters.

Selection Criteria

AFL Cape York has devised a rather comprehensive selection process for its community and regional teams. To participate in the Kickstart program children have to be attending school consistent with schools policy, have no recent history on substance abuse or other drugs, no recent history of domestic violence/bullying for which they are responsible and must be participating in an Auskick program co-ordinated within their community. This selection process has been widely accepted by schools and community level and has been adopted by a number of schools when selecting children for other programs.
